1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website. By accessing it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Professional services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and SPDJ MEDIA LLC; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.

2. Nothing here is an offer

Descriptions of services, engagement models and indicative timelines on this site are for information only. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not create a contract. Scope, fees and timelines are fixed only in a signed statement of work.

3. No professional advice

Content on this site is general information about our engineering practice. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax or regulatory advice, and it must not be relied on as such. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any digital asset, token or security, and we do not provide investment advice or asset management services. Digital asset projects carry significant technical, market and regulatory risk. Take your own professional advice before acting.

4. Intellectual property

This site and its contents — text, design, code, graphics and the SPDJ Media name and marks — belong to SPDJ MEDIA LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own internal evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, framing, scraping for model training, or redistribution, requires our prior written permission.

Intellectual property created for a client under an engagement is assigned to that client on the terms of the relevant statement of work, typically on payment in full.

5. Confidentiality

Information you send us through this site is not treated as confidential unless a non-disclosure agreement is already in place. Please do not submit trade secrets, credentials, private keys or other sensitive material through the contact form.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully or to facilitate unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or connected systems.
• Do not introduce malicious code, or place unreasonable load on the site through automated means.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organisation.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
